Who
is Great Infusions?
Great Infusions is a Corporation located in Santa
Cruz California
(CA Corp. #C2733836), a town famous for its beaches, waves &
eccentric characters. Ours is a family run business that
began as
an import trade of high quality Italian espresso cups and has grown to
cover almost all aspects of commercial and home barista support.
Is
my credit card information secure?
When you enter the checkout area, the page is secured by
Scan Alert & Thawte SSL certification. You will not
be asked
to enter any personal information before entering the SSL secured
pages. We do not store credit card information - Ever.
What
happens if my order is damaged?
Your order is insured and replacement items will
be sent out right
away. Espresso Cups are durable, however once in a while they
do
break in transit. You will be asked to return the damaged
item or
to allow
the
shipping company to inspect the packaging.
Are
the
saucers included in the price?
For ACF espresso, cappuccino and latte cups - prices include cup with
matching
saucer.

Is my
information secure?
We never give, sell or share contact
information. We do not keep credit card info on file. We do
not bug our customers with spam.

you want more of our products you can find us here!
What
is
your return policy?
Any defective or damaged items will be replaced at
no cost to the
customer. If you just decide that the item is wrong for you
we
will be happy to exchange it or refund the purchase (minus our shipping
cost). Some espresso machines have a re-stocking fee of up to
20%.
Do
you ship
internationally?
We will ship anywhere, however the shipping cost
is passed on to the
buyer and some of my suppliers may not extend the warranty for
international sales. Espresso cups may be expensive to ship
out
of the US or to Alaska/Hawaii. Contact me for details and shipping
quotes.
What
is the standard shipping method?
We ship most items via FedEx Ground with a 3 to 5 day shipping period.
Certain small non-fragile items are shipped USPS Priority
with
typically 2 -3 day delivery times.
