LELIT BIANCA V3

New V3 has a few fun upgrades and available in stainless steel, black or white:

Instantly enter stand-by mode by holding both PID buttons for 3 seconds.
Reserve mode which allows you to finish pulling your shot when the reservoir runs out. View true boiler temp by pressing the right PID button.

FEATURES

One of the first things that you will notice is the modified E61 group with manual brew pressure via flow control. Using this paddle on top of the brew group the barista can adjust the water flow. Another innovation is the externally mounted water reservoir which can be situated on the side or the rear of the machine, allowing flexibility in your space and preventing the stored water from overheating.

The PID controlled dual boiler allows the barista to reliably set the brew temperature and with the flow control you can experiment with combinations of temperatures and flow rates.

Stainless body panels, wooden knobs and portafilter handle give a high end appearance.

The Bianca is also ready for directly plumb and drip tray is drain.
