Returns Policy

You may return any unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we'll also arrange for return shipping at our cost.

We will process a refund or ship an exchange item as soon a the item is received & you should expect to receive your refund quickly, though due to some credit card processing issues the refund may not show on your account right away.  We will email you a refund receipt. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions and a Return Authorization for your item. 

Damaged Items

Please contact us directly if anything you receive is damaged or defective.  We will replace the item at no cost.


We are only accepting online orders for domestic orders.  Items may be shipped internationally, however you must contact us for a quote and terms.

Shipping quotes are provided by our shipper FedEx. The shipping rates are weight-based. Unless noted on the product page we do not provide free shipping.
