The new Giotto Fast Version builds on the past with a newly added Brew head active heating system ensuring machine ready to brew in approximately 12 minutes.

The new Giotto machine is equipped with an OLED display that permits the user to View dispensing times, manage various machine settings and monitor machine errors.

There are three keys used for programming the machine positioned behind the drip tray. The machine is also equipped with a USB port, which may only be accessed by the technician by removing the side panel or cup warmer and is used to update the software.

User can regulate and control:

1. The stand-by (energy saving) function
(OFF or after 30 minutes, default 30 min)

2. Boiler working pressure with a degree-
based adjustment (PID technology)

3. The sensitivity of the tank level probe
(high 1 MΩ / medium 400 kΩ / low 150 kΩ,
default low) – reserved for technician
4. The sensitivity of the boiler level probe
(high 1 MΩ / medium 400 kΩ / low 150 kΩ,
default low) – reserved for technician
5. The luminosity level of the RGB LED light
(10%-20%-50%-100%, default 10%)
– technician input required

This machine offers the versatility of using the water reservoir supply or a direct water connection operated by a control switch. User can easily change water supply. The R Fast has a redesigned internal layout which delivers a quieter and more refined experience that is the equal of any commercial espresso machine.

Full commercial grade pressure stat ensures espresso without compromise. Steam and water wands are insulated 'no burn' type. The 1.9 liter boiler is made of pure copper with a lead free brass end plate. It is plated with nickel to protect against copper oxidation.  The water reservoir holds 2.9 liters of fresh water and has a low level indication system to warn you when the water is scarce. Twin Gauges are in black for the Evo model only.
