Great Infusions, it's a No Brainer!

I absolutely love fixing espresso equipment. Over the years I have acquired a narrow but focused skillset for the job. More recently I have downsized the business and I do all of my repairs personally and give each customer my best effort. There is no such thing as perfect, but there is a way to provide persistent attention to detail and to always back up your work. That's my goal and I have found it really resonates.

One of the things I hear a lot from customers is, 'I am really glad you're here.' I always reply, 'I am really glad to be here!' By keeping things simple I have kept my rates much lower than the other guys. I source by parts from bulk sellers so I can often sell parts at a better price. I don't add fees and I don't require a deposit when I take a machine for service.
